TheHeatherRose thanks you for your business, unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer refunds and accept returns or do exchanges. This policy is put into place due to Covid-19 health regulations, time restrictions and delays. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been submitted and confirmed we are unable to change or cancel any order. Please make sure that all information is correct including name, address, and the correct items in your cart. Please note that TheHeatherRose is not responsible for items damaged in transit. If an item is incorrect or defective please contact TheHeatherRose through email at Info@Theheatherrose.com please provide pictures and proof of a cart receipt of products purchased. Thank you!

How can I track my order?
After you’ve placed an order the order has to be processed. Orders will be processed between 3-5 business days. Once the order is processed it will immediately be shipped out and you’ll receive a shipping email with your tracking information. You can then click on the tracking link and track your package at any time.
What if the item/items I want are sold out?
Please understand that you’re not the only one wanting to look so bomb and that TheHeatherRose is very sorry for the inconvenience of restocking the item/items that are in high demand. This shouldn’t take long at all and we would love for you to subscribe and keep up with notifications of when the product will be back in stock. While you wait please check out some of our other items as well. Thank you!
My order is missing an item/items what do I need to do?
If you’ve experienced this issue we apologize to the max and would like to see what’s missing. Please send us pictures of ALL products that are in your possession and a picture of the invoice and please screenshot us a picture of your original order and confirmation of order. ALL of TheHeatherRose products are made in Los Angeles, California. ALL products are cruelty free and made with high performance products to give you great quality, long-lasting formulas, & intensely pigmented colors for great makeup achievements.
How long does it take to get a reply to an email?
Our response times are 24 business hours Monday-Thursday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be answered the next business day.
I have a change in address/I ordered with the wrong address what do I do?

We will try to help with this matter before the order is shipped out. There are no guarantees or promises that it will be fulfilled and changed. Unfortunately if it’s been shipped out already there is nothing that can be done. Once the order has been purchased and confirmed being sent to your email we can’t direct the shipping process once the label is made please contact mail/shipping carrier to see what they can do for you.
